We travelled the day and decided to spend the night at a secured rest stop somewhere  on top of a hill overlooking something.
When we awoke in the morning-

There we were overlooking Yakima WA.

Turned out to be a great rest stop

Then it was down the road again,passing the Dalles Dam.

Mr Moose was getting hungry so we found a place for lunch.

With an awesome view

After lunch we followed the Columbia River to Portland where we headed north for about 22 miles to a campsite on the river.

We are camped facing the river with a great view.
