Leaving

It's Monday morning Peso the camp host came over to say good bye and brought his dad Sean.

We said our good byes to our friend Driver and his parents Mike and Dianne, whom seem quite happy t see us leave.

So now once again it is the crack of eleven and we hit the road heading south in #97.

Our first stop is the US Border Crossing where we were confronted by Asshole #1.This guy was just a jerk.He asked more questions than we have ever been asked and treated us like the dirt bag he was.And of course he gave us the old "pull over there" routine.
He had a line up of RV's.It looked like he did not like any of us.

Our next encounter was a once through by a real nice agriculture lady guard.

Next it was Asshole #2
We had to take in all our monetary stuff.A bank draft and all our cash and change and the son of a bitch made us count it,including the change. He kept threatening to keep it all as we did not declare it.We have a ten thousand dollar US draft, about $200.00 in US cash, about $4,000.00 in Can cash and almost  two hundred in change He also kept treating us like the scum bag of the earth that he was.
Welcome to the United States of America.

Every other time we have been to the US we have been treated well at the border. This is the first time we have been treated this way and I hope it is an isolated incident.
Maybe Osoyoos just has a asshole farm that had a unusually good crop this year.

Next stop Fuel
